The agenda included an update on TNC, a mention of upcoming events, and status of 802.11X documents. Discussion was kept brief due to lack of quorum. Prior minutes were approved.

As agreed, Chris has provided Renee Frost with background information about the Trusted Network Connect (TNC) liaison agreement. At this point, no other steps have been taken toward establishing a liaison agreement.

A joint TNC/NetAuth session has been proposed for the Fall 2006 Internet2 Member Meeting (4-7 Dec 2006, Chicago). Steve Hanna will present on TNC, and Chris and Kevin handle the NetAuth side. A DNSSEC session is also in the works. If anyone has suggestions for additional proposals, contact Chris. The proposal deadline is 31-Aug-06.

There was no progress to report on the 802.11X document project.

The call that would have taken place 31-Aug-06 is cancelled. The next call is scheduled for 14-Sep-06. Unless members indicated a time conflict, the call time will fall back to the noon EDT slot, starting with the next call.
